The 2nd Street Commercial Kitchen is a facility designed by chefs for chefs.  It offers state of the art equipment and amenities in a professional space large enough to host multiple cooking stations simultaneously.  Food service professionals will have two options for participation.

Josie and Jesse Sr. created their hot sauce products in Taylor, Texas, during the 1990’s. They traveled throughout Central Texas, marketing their Mild, Hot, Six Pack, Habanero, and Green salsa products at local festivals, farmers' markets, and small retail shops.  Josie and Jesse were often accompanied by their children and grandchildren, who would help market and sell the salsas.  They regularly entered hot sauce contests in the area and often came home with the “best” local salsa award.  

Art Off Center is a ceramics studio and teaching facility dedicated to promoting cultural arts in Taylor. They offer private lessons and regular classes for adults, kids, and families, including hand building, wheel throwing, sculpture, and small group projects.
