The first level is for one time or seasonal users who do not require an extended contract with a licensed food preparation facility. Users may reserve one of the three lines or the baking area on an hourly basis. They will have temporary access to refrigeration while on site and a locker in which to store personal items securely.
The second level is for member users. Member users are required to pay an annual base fee. This fee entitles them to reserve any portion of the kitchen in advance or on a regular schedule. Member users also are granted access and use of onsite storage and refrigeration, a locker with a shower and change facility adjacent. They will be issued with an electronic entry pass for access 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
